Last term, p7 went to Forth Valley College to see the choices we have of what we want to become when we were older. Some workshops included, the sniffer police dogs, Police Divers, Cineworld, The Falkirk Herald, Ambulance driver and much much more. We had to extract DNA from fish eggs. Everyone enjoyed their time.

Monday 24th March was a big day for everyone at Easter Carmuirs Primary.  We finally were awarded our green flag for being a fantastic eco school!  Everyone in the eco teams and the whole school has been working very hard for a long time to prepare for this day and thankfully all our hard work [...]

We made 2 volcanos out of recycled newspaper and card. We took them outside and exploded them.  We used cola and mints on one, on the other we used fairy liquid, food colouring, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda.  The cola and mint one worked better.
