Last week we took part in the RSPB Big School’s Birdwatch. On the day of the birdwatch we all took turns to monitor what birds were around our school. We used Miss Finlay’s room and had to watch quietly and carefully. We had a sheet and had to write down how many of the birds we saw. After the birdwatch we had to send our results to the RSPB. The most common birds which visit our school are blackbirds and carrion crows. We did see some starlings, sparrows and black headed gulls. We were amazed at how many birds visited the quiet area during our birdwatch. By Taylor and Rene
