The Energy Busters ran a competition for the whole school to see who could collect the most Christmas cards to be recycled.  Everyone in the team gathered the bags from all the classes.  Some were so heavy we had to drag them!  Some bags burst so we had to be very careful.  We took them to Mr Goodsirs office and weighed each bag carefully on bathroom scales and Leah recorded the results.  Primary 4 came in 3^rd place with 16kg, Primary 2 came 2^nd with 17kg and Primary 3 came 1^st with 19kg.  The overall total for all classes was a whopping 112kg!  Brandin and Kieran went with Mr Goodsir to Tesco and took all the bags of cards to put them into the Woodland Trust recycling bank.  Thanks to everyone who brought their cards in!
