On Wednesday 26th November primary 6 were doing solubility experiments. We were trying to find out how quickly sugar dissolved in water. We did lots of different experiemnts. The experiments we did were changing the solids, changing the temperature, changing the speed of stirring, changing the amount of sugar and lots more.  We used a stop watch to time and we did some maths to find the average time.  We had great fun. If you stir it faster the sugar dissolves and the hotter the water was the sugar dissolves quicker.
